Welcome to CGLNexa, developed by RB APPS. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the application, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.
By using CGLNexa, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
CGLNexa does not require you to create an account or sign in before using the application.
RB APPS does not directly request personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, home address, government identification, passwords, or payment details through the app.
Third-party services used by the application, including Google AdMob and Google Play services, may automatically process certain technical information for advertising, diagnostics, fraud prevention, attribution, security, and service improvement. This may include:
- Advertising identifiers
- Device and operating system information
- IP address
- App interactions and ad interactions
- Diagnostics and crash information
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address, where applicable
2. Study and progress data
CGLNexa stores study-related data locally on your device. This may include test attempts, selected answers, scores, practice history, progress, mock-test history, and application preferences.
This information is used to provide features such as progress tracking, practice history, test results, and restoring your app settings.
RB APPS does not operate an account system or cloud server that receives or stores your local CGLNexa study progress.
3. Advertising
CGLNexa displays banner advertisements using Google AdMob. Google AdMob may process technical and advertising-related information to provide ads, measure performance, prevent invalid activity and fraud, and improve its services.
Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

4. Internet connection
An internet connection is used to load advertisements and support Google services.
CGLNexa is designed primarily as an offline-first study application. Locally available study content and saved progress can remain available without an internet connection where technically supported.
Certain test-entry flows may require an internet connectivity check before starting, while an already active test may continue according to the app's functionality.
6. Data security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to support the security of the application. Local study data is stored using app-local storage mechanisms on your device.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children's privacy
CGLNexa is an exam-preparation application and is not specifically designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through an account-registration system.
If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the app, contact us so the concern can be reviewed.
8. Third-party services
The application uses services that may operate under their own privacy policies, including:
- Google AdMob
- Google Play services

9. Your choices
You can manage locally stored CGLNexa data by:
- Using any available in-app reset or history controls
- Clearing the app's storage through Android settings
- Uninstalling the application
Advertising and privacy controls may also be available through your device settings, Google settings, or consent options presented by Google services where required.
10. Permissions
CGLNexa does not require sensitive runtime permissions for camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone calls, or precise location for its core study functionality.
The final Android application may include permissions used by Google AdMob, Google Play services, Android advertising services, or normal network functionality, such as internet access, network-state access, advertising identifiers, and related service permissions.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
