Privacy Policy

Overview

FormSahi is an Android utility developed by RBAPPS for preparing images, signatures, scanned documents, and PDF files for upload requirements. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

FormSahi does not require an account, registration, or sign-in to use its core tools.

1. Photos, signatures, scans, and PDFs

When you select or capture a file for processing, FormSahi uses that file only to perform the feature you requested, such as compression, resizing, cropping, signature preparation, scanning, image-to-PDF conversion, PDF-to-image conversion, PDF compression, merge, or split.

• Selected source files are read through Android's scoped file and content URI mechanisms.
• Source photos and PDFs are not silently overwritten.
• Temporary working files are kept in app-private storage or cache as needed for processing.
• Final outputs are saved only after a user-requested save/export action, such as to Pictures/FormSahi or Downloads/FormSahi.
• Sharing uses Android's secure content URI/FileProvider mechanism and the system share sheet.

RBAPPS does not upload the contents of your photos, signatures, scans, PDFs, or generated documents to an RBAPPS server.

2. Information we handle

RBAPPS does not directly ask you to provide personal details such as your name, phone number, postal address, government ID, payment information, passwords, or account credentials through FormSahi.

The app does process files and information you intentionally choose on your device in order to provide its tools. That processing occurs locally as described above.

Third-party services used for advertising and consent may automatically process technical information. Depending on the service, device, region, settings, and applicable law, this may include:

• Advertising identifiers and related advertising-service signals
• IP address and approximate location inferred from IP address
• Device, operating system, and app information
• App interactions and advertising interactions
• Diagnostics, performance, fraud-prevention, and security information
• Consent and privacy-choice signals where applicable

3. Local storage and app data

FormSahi stores certain information locally to support app functionality. This can include:

• Temporary processing files in app-private cache
• Recent/history metadata and local file references in the app's local database
• App preferences such as theme settings
• Consent/privacy state maintained by Google's consent SDK where applicable

Document files, app-private files, cache files, and the local history database are not intended to be included in FormSahi's Android cloud backup configuration. Non-document preferences may be eligible for Android backup or device transfer.

4. Permissions and device access

FormSahi follows a minimum-permission approach.

• Camera: requested only when you intentionally choose to capture a document using the scanner. Camera access is not required for unrelated photo or PDF tools.
• Internet: used for Google Mobile Ads, consent/privacy messaging, and related Google advertising services. Core document-processing features are designed to remain usable without an internet connection where technically possible.
• Storage: FormSahi does not require broad "All files" storage access. It uses Android scoped storage, system pickers, MediaStore, and content URIs.

The final Android package may also contain permissions or components supplied by Google Mobile Ads and related Android/Google libraries for network state, advertising identifiers, attribution, advertising topics, measurement, or background SDK operation.

5. Advertising

FormSahi displays advertisements using Google AdMob. Google and participating advertising partners may process technical and advertising-related information to request and deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent invalid traffic and fraud, perform attribution, and improve advertising services.

Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law, ads may be personalized, limited, or non-personalized.

6. Consent and privacy choices

FormSahi integrates Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for advertising consent and privacy messaging. Where required by applicable law or Google's advertising policies, a Google-provided consent form may be shown before advertising requests are made.

Where Google indicates that privacy options are required, FormSahi can provide a Privacy choices entry point so you can review or change eligible advertising-consent choices.

Consent requirements are determined through Google's consent platform and are not based on a custom country-detection system implemented by RBAPPS.

7. Data sharing and sale

RBAPPS does not sell or rent the contents of your photos, signatures, scans, PDFs, or generated documents.

RBAPPS does not intentionally share locally processed document contents with advertising providers. Google AdMob and related Google services may independently collect or receive the technical and advertising information described in this policy in accordance with their own policies.

If you deliberately use Android's Share action, the file you select is shared with the destination app or service that you choose. The recipient's privacy practices then apply to that transfer.

8. Data retention and deletion

Retention depends on the type of data:

• Saved outputs: remain on your device until you delete them using Android, a file manager, gallery, or another applicable app.
• Temporary/cache files: are app-private and may be removed by FormSahi, Android cache management, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app.
• Recent/history metadata: remains locally until removed through available app controls, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
• Preferences: remain until changed, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled; eligible non-document preferences may also be restored through Android backup/device transfer.
• Google advertising/consent data: is retained according to Google's policies and applicable user controls.

Because FormSahi does not provide user accounts, there is no cloud account or RBAPPS-hosted document account to delete.

9. Security

FormSahi is designed to minimize unnecessary exposure of document data by processing files locally, using app-private temporary storage, Android scoped storage, and secure content URI sharing.

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect application data. However, no device, storage system, software, or network service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your device and any third-party destination to which you intentionally save or share files.

10. Children's privacy

FormSahi is a general utility and is not specifically designed or directed to children under 13. RBAPPS does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information through an account or registration process because FormSahi does not provide such a process.

FormSahi uses third-party services that may process data under their own privacy terms, including:

• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

RBAPPS may update this Privacy Policy when FormSahi's features, legal requirements, SDKs, or third-party services change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
